Merchant Metrics Onboarding and Product Launch

Merchant Metrics was an analytics and accounting platform for Amazon Sellers. It was purchased by AMZ Tracker and rolled into their software suite in 2017.

Merchant Metrics was acquired and set to be launched to AMZ Tracker’s audience, which was 80X larger than the existing user base. The challenges were two-fold, we were unsure if the infrastructure could support such an influx of new users to the platform and the onboarding systems were rudimentary.

Task

We worked with the technical team to scope out a solution for the technical load. While they were doing the necessary improvements, we upgraded the onboarding system to included automated feedback cycles and survey integration. This was coupled with a larger launch sequence the was actioned by the parent company.
